Let me help check why there isn't a subscription option on your QuickBooks account, andreshort85.
Make sure to log into your QuickBooks Online account as the master admin. Then, follow these steps to update your billing information.
- Go to Settings ⚙, then Account and settings.
- Select Billing & Subscription.
- Next to your payment method, select Edit ✎.
- Update your credit card info.
- Review the address for your credit card. It must be the same one that appears on your credit card statements.
- When you're done, click Confirm card or Save.
If you're still not seeing the Billing & Subscription option, you may have bought your subscription via Apple's App Store or Google Play.
You can cancel your subscription. Please browse this link for instructions and detailed steps: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription.

Bear in mind, you will pay the regular rate to purchase the trial account. Another option, you can open a new blank QBO account with the discounted rate.
then utilize the Copy tool to duplicate data between QBO accounts.
