Hi there, patricia-l-dehar.
When you have employees set up for QuickBooks Workforce will get an email notification after running payroll in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
To invite your employee:
- Go to Workers and select Employees.
- For a new employee, select Add an employee.
- For an existing employee, select the employee’s name, then select Edit ✎ next to Pay.
- Add your employee's info, including their email address.
- Then select the Invite this employee to view their pay stubs and W-2’s Online checkbox.
- Choose Done.
Your employees will receive an invitation through their email. Once they accept the invitation, they can view their pay stubs at workforce.intuit.com.
