May I know what is the online account yo wanted to set up? Is it for your bank or online payroll account? If so, can you share a few more details?

Are you trying to set up your bank account into QuickBooks Online (QBO)? If so, I'm here to help successfully connect your account.

1. Go to the Banking menu.
2. Select Connect Account on the landing page, or select Add account if you've already created an account.
3. Then, search for your bank.
4. Select Continue, then enter the username and password you use for your bank's website in the pop-up window. 
5. Choose the accounts you want to connect to QuickBooks. 
6. For each account, select the account type from the dropdown. These are accounts currently on your chart of accounts.
7. Select the date range for the download.
8. Select Connect.

However, if you're referring to setting up your QBO account, you can follow the steps below.

1. Go to the Intuit accounts page.
2. Select the Create an account link.
3. Enter your email address and phone number. 
4. Create a password.
5. When you're ready, select Create Account.

My supervisor sent me a link to access my check stub online however I never received that email.  I need to set up my online account

Only a company admin or master admin can send an invitation so you can create an account. You'll want to make sure that you've provided the correct email address to your supervisor to receive the email and access your paystub.

Once the email address is confirmed, let your supervisor re-invite you.
