I'm here to help ensure you're able to log in to your QuickBooks Workforce account, ddalexander77.
You can reset your login credentials through the sign-in page. Simply click the I forgot my user ID or password link so you can enter a new one. Let me show you how:
- Go to this page: QuickBooks Workforce.
- Click I forgot my user ID or password.
- Enter your email address that was used by your employer during your first sign-up.
- You'll receive an account recovery email.
- Access your email and click Reset password.
If you're still unable to log in, I recommend contacting your employer (the company or master admin of QuickBooks Online). He/She can re-setup your access to Workforce.
