I'm here to help ensure you're able to log in to QuickBooks Online, Chrissyw47.

You can follow the steps in this thread on how to reset your credentials. If you still can’t sign in, you can send us a request to recover your account.

Once you get back into your account, you can use the steps outlined below to change your user ID or email when needed.

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
2. Click your Profile icon next to Settings ⚙.
3. Select Intuit Account. This opens the Intuit Account Manager.
   
4. Go to the Sign in & security menu.
5. Select the User ID, Email Address, or Password section.
6. Make your changes.
7. When you're done, click Save.
   
   

You can make changes to specific areas in QuickBooks. Please browse these links for instructions:

• Change your business info. This includes the info customers see on your invoices, and how your business receives emails from Intuit.
• Add or delete users who can access your books in QuickBooks Online.
