Account management

Thanks for visiting the Community today, @userhudsonautomotive. I've got you the steps to cancel your subscription.

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the top right. 
  2. Select Account and Settings, then click on Billing and subscription at the left pane.
  3. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
  4. Click Continue to cancel, then select the Continue to cancel button (if it shows on your screen).
  5. Follow the next steps and click Submit and cancel subscriptionthen hit Got it.
