Since you've tried all the steps that are listed in this thread, then I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team. They'll be able to use some more advanced tools to help resolve this issue. Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu.
- Pick the QuickBooks Desktop Help option.
- Click the Contact Us hyperlink.
- Give a brief description of the problem and press Let's talk.
- Scroll down and choose to Get a callback.
