Sending payment links to your customer is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online.
However, you can set up the online payments, send an invoice to them so that they can pay from there. I'd be happy to show you the steps on how to do that.
- Go to the New menu and select Invoice.
- Click the Get set up link beside Online payments.
- Enter the following information needed:
- Business info
- Personal Info
- Payment deposit info
- Select the Get set up button to confirm the details.

This also contains workarounds on how to handle online payments issues if your customer isn't able to click the Pay now button on the emailed invoices.
