I'd love to help you in processing the refund, but the ability to pull up your billing details is done by our Customer Care Team. This way, we'll be able to protect your personal information. That said, I recommend contacting our representative to send a request. Here's how:

 

  1. Click Help on the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Go to the Search tab, then click the Contact Us button.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern in the description box.
  4. Proceed with Continue, then select your preferred way to connect.

In the meantime, I'd suggest visiting our Community Help website. This website shares helpful articles to read on different topics about QuickBooks. Just select a subject from the Topics drop-down menu.
