- Go to the Company menu.
- Hover over Users, and select Set Up Users and Roles.

- Choose the accountant you want to remove.
- Hit Delete and Yes to confirm.

Once done, click the New button to add the accountant. Here's how:
- Enter the User Name and Password. Then, Confirm the Password.
- Select Accountant in the Available Roles column.
- Click Add, and then Continue.
- Hit OK.
