To begin, you can view your replies and other posts on the Community page by simply clicking your name to see the list of all your posts regarding QuickBooks.
Additionally, if you open your file in the recent version, there is no way to open it in the older version.
I acknowledge your request for a trial version link of QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2021. At the moment, we are only able to offer the link for QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise 2022. If you wish to explore this version, you may use the provided link: Download a trial of QuickBooks Desktop.
If you are interested in obtaining QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2021, I suggest reaching out to our QuickBooks Desktop Support team. They may still have access to the link for that particular product.
Here's how:
- Open QuickBooks.
- Navigate to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
- Click Contact Us.
- Give a brief description of your issue, then click Continue.
- Sign in to your Intuit account select Continue and then Continue with my account.
- If you don't already have an account, make sure to Create a new account.
- We'll email you a single-use code. Enter your code and select Continue.
- If you have more than one account, select the account you want to use and then Continue.
- Select to chat with us or Have us call you.
