If you're on a computer browser, refer to these steps:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Click on Contact Us.
- Select Ask QB Assistant.
- Enter Talk to a human, then select Continue.
- Select Have us call you or Chat with us.
If you’re using the QBSE app, here's how:
- Tap the + button.
- Select the Ask QB Assistant.
- Enter Talk to a human, then select Continue.
- Choose Have us call you or Chat with us.
