Do you wish to migrate data from QB Desktop US to QBO US, or else?

Having a different email address on QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) and QuickBooks Online (QBO) is not a problem as long as upon conversion, you'll be entering your QBO credentials. 

To import your QBDT company file to QBO, here's what you'll need to do:

1. Get your desktop file ready like making sure that QuickBooks is up-to-date and checking the company file if it isn't too big to export.
2. Import your desktop file to QBO. 
3. Make sure your books match.
