Good day, @jb2601.

Thanks for performing the troubleshooting steps shared by my colleague above.

Since you're still experiencing the issue, let me share with you other steps that would fix the error.

You can run the repair tool for QuickBooks Desktop for Windows. This tool can help fix common company errors right away. Here's how:

  1. If you haven't already, back up your company file. Then, restart your computer. This makes sure there are no programs that may affect the repair.
  2. Open the Windows Start menu and select Control Panel.
  3. Click Programs and Features, then select Uninstall a Program. If you don't see Programs and Features, choose Programs instead. Then, select Program and Features.
  4. Choose QuickBooks from the list of Programs, and select Uninstall/Change.
  5. Click Continue, or Next. Then, select Repair and click next.
  6. Once it's done, select Finish. Please take note that you may have to restart your computer to complete the repair.

In addition, ensure that QuickBooks is updated to the latest release. This makes sure you have the most recent fixes and security updates.
