Banking
You can use the supported file to download those transactions, @info-livspalife-.
QuickBooks Online lets you upload 90 days' worth of bank transactions. You can use Web Connect files to get the older ones imported into the program. To do this, just get the bank data from your bank using the supported file types, download it to Excel, and then upload it into QBO.
Here are the file types you can use:
- Comma-Separated Values (CSV)
- Quicken (QFX)
- QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Microsoft Money (OFX)
Once ready, you can now upload your transactions into QBO. Here's how:
- Go to the Banking menu, and then choose Upload transactions.
- Select Browse and pick the file you downloaded from your bank, then tap Next
- From the QuickBooks account ▼ drop-down menu, choose the account you want to upload the transactions into, and then click Next.
- Follow the onscreen instructions. Match the columns on the file with the banking fields in QuickBooks, and then tap Next.
- Hit Let's go when you're ready.
