When moving your data to the online version of QuickBooks, there are transactions that don't come over such as the Social Insurance numbers, National Insurance numbers, and etc.

Wow. So all the information held electronically in QB Desktop payroll has to be printed out and someone has to go through this, employee by employee, and manually type it in to QB online?

What is the rationale for such a crazy approach? It's like changing ledgers used to be 20 years ago!!

They're always considering customer suggestions when deciding what to add in the program. Let me walk you through the steps on how to send feedback:

1. Go to the Gear icon in the upper right.
2. Choose Feedback.
3. Enter your request/product suggestion, and click on Next.
4. Click on Skip and send message.
5. Select Feedback as the Category.
