Employees and Payroll
Nice to have you in the Community space, @PressureDrop.
I’m here to help and ensure you’ll be able to view your payroll history in QuickBooks.
These could be a possible browser cache issue. A high volume of cache stored from the browser causes unusual behaviour. Thus, it can affect your QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience. To verify this, let’s access your account on a private window (incognito).
You can use these keyboard shortcuts keys in accessing a private window:
- If you’re using a Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
- For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
- And for Safari browser: Command + Option + P
Once login, try to access your payroll history and see if this fixes the issue. If you’re able to see your payroll history, then we’ll need to clear your regular browser’s cache. This will delete all the data and make your browser to function efficiently. If the issue continues to occur, I recommend using other browsers. This way, we can see and check if this is a browser-integrated issue.
Additionally, I’ve collected this resource that you can utilize for your future guidance: Customise reports in QuickBooks Online. This link can walk you through the process on how to generate a report base on the data you need.
Please let me know if you have other question about payroll reports. Post them in your reply and I sprint back into action. Have jolly day ahead!
