This procedure requires company information which our representative needs to pull up your QuickBooks account in a secure environment. In this instance, I recommend contacting them so one of our agents can look closer and correct your prior data.
Here's how you can reach us:
- Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
- Go to the Search tab and hit Contact Us.
- Enter your concern: Payroll Correction.
- Click Continue.
- Choose Get a callback.
- Type in your contact info.
- Select Confirm my call.
