@JessT I've ALREADY spent several hours, on both chat and phone, with the so-called 'support' team - yet NOONE can actually fix it. Every Quickbooks moderator and team member on this thread have suggested the same thing over and over again, but none of the suggestions OR the support team have actually solved the problem. FIX IT!!!! It's very concerning when Quickbooks customers know the software better than Quickbooks employees and 'experts'.........
