Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, DEA5. I will be happy to help. Here's how to cancel QuickBooks Enhanced Payroll:
- From the Employees dropdown menu, select My Payroll Service then Account/Billing Info.
- Sign in using your Intuit Account login and the Account Portal page will open.
- Select Cancel Service.
- Follow the on-screen steps to cancel your payroll service.
