Hi there, @jmb5.

The Project Profitability Summary report is only available for QuickBooks Online Plus users, and I'm here to guide you how you can find this if you have QBO Plus or Advance.

You'll need to enable projects in your account settings. Here's how:

  1. Head to the Gear icon and select Accounts and Settings.
  2. Go to the Advanced tab and look for the Projects section.
  3. Enable the Organize all job-related activity in one place option.

If you're using QuickBooks Desktop, the term for Project Profitability Summary report is called Job Costing Reports

By doing this, you'll be able to track your projects activity together in one place and continue with the steps provided with my colleague above.

If you want to make the most out of your projects in QuickBooks Online, our QuickBooks Live Expert Assisted team is here to provide you with the best assistance in your project workflow with QBO.

Moreover, you can also consider running other project reports in QuickBooks Online Plus or Advance. This will help you run different reports with unique features to display how your project is doing.

Let me know if you have additional concerns besides using the Project Profitability Summary report in QBO. We're always here to help.
