We don't want you to have this perception, Ravi23. Please be aware that updating your employee's email in their profile doesn't change the email for Workforce invitations. However, we can easily resolve this. First step is to cancel any existing invitations. Next, input the updated email address and resend the invitation to ensure it goes to the right place.
Here's how:
- Navigate to Payroll, then click on Employees.
- Choose the employee you want to update.
- Click on the Permissions tab.
- From the Edit dropdown menu, select Cancel Invite.
- In the Access status section, click on Send invite.
- Input the correct or new email address of the employee, then click Send invite.
- Click Done.
For more information, you can check this article and learn more how to send another invitation, or turn off QuickBooks Workforce: Resend an invitation to QuickBooks Workforce to view their pay stubs and W-2s.
Additionally, here's an article for you to learn how to see and print your pay stubs online or in the Workforce mobile app. You can also see your time off balances and year-to-date pay: View your pay stubs, time off, and year-to-date pay in QuickBooks Workforce.
If you still have additional concerns about sending workforce, please don't hesitate to reply on the thread below. You can always count on us. Our commitment is to support you as needed, best wishes!
