Learn how to see and print your pay stubs online. You can also see your time off balances and year-to-date pay.
Once your employer has invited you to QuickBooks Workforce and you’ve set up your account, you can view your paycheck details, time off balances, and total pay for the year.
Check out this video to set up and use QuickBooks Workforce. Note: the section for you to add your personal, tax, and bank info isn't available to everyone. It depends on the payroll service your employer uses.

Get your pay stubs
- If you haven't yet, set up your Workforce account.
- Sign in to workforce.intuit.com.
- Select Paychecks.
- Select the appropriate date range. You can view multiple paychecks up to one year at a time.
- Do one of the following.
- Select Download on the pay stub you want to download.
- Select a pay stub to open and view, download or print it.
- If you see a Download all button below the paycheck list, select that to download all of your pay stubs at once (this option is not available for everyone).
Turn on notifications for new pay stubs
You can get an email reminder every time your new pay stub is available.
- Go to Settings ⚙.
- Select Email Notification.
- Select Send me an email when new pay stubs are available.
Missing pay stubs
There are a few reasons you may not see all of your pay stubs in your account. Check with your employer.
- Your employer may need to upload past pay stubs.
- Your employer hasn't run payroll yet.
- Your employer may have switched payroll services with us and hasn't invited you to the new account yet.
- Your employer canceled their payroll service with us.
See your time off and year-to-date pay
Your Paychecks display instantly gives you more info that matters to you.
- Available time off: Check your vacation, sick, and other available time off balances.
- Year to date: Know your year-to-date gross and net pay, withholdings, and deductions at a glance.
My pay info looks wrong or taxes are 0.00
If your hours or wages appear incorrect, reach out to your employer.
If your federal tax withholdings are lower than you expected, or are $0.00, this could be normal. Check out more info here.
