View your pay stubs, time off, and year-to-date pay in QuickBooks Workforce

Get your pay stubs directly in QuickBooks Workforce instead of getting paper copies from your employer. You can also check your paycheck details, time off, and total pay for the year.

Important: If you are an employee who wants to see your pay stubs in your QuickBooks Workforce account, you can find that information here.

Prerequisites

To use QuickBooks Workforce, your employer must invite you. Once you accept the invite, go to workforce.intuit.com or use the Workforce app to set up ‌your account for payroll or time tracking.

View or download your pay stubs

  1. Sign in to your Workforce app.
  2. Tap Money
  3. To view or download your current pay stub, from Latest Paycheck, tap View details. Then tap Download.
  4. To view other pay stubs, from All Paychecks, tap View
  5. Tap the pay stub you want to view.
  1. Sign in to workforce.intuit.com.
  2. Select Paychecks.
  3. Select the appropriate date range. You can view multiple paychecks up to one year at a time.

Turn on notifications for new pay stubs

Get an email reminder every time your new pay stub is available.

  1. Sign in to your Workforce app.
  2. Tap More, then Settings ⚙.
  3. Tap Notifications.
  1. Sign in to workforce.intuit.com.
  2. Select Settings ⚙.
  3. Select Email notification.

See your time off and year-to-date pay

  • Available time off: Tap Time Off (or More, then Time Off) to check your vacation, sick, and other available time-off balances.
  • Year-to-date pay: Tap Money to see your year-to-date gross and net pay, withholdings, and deductions at a glance.
  • 401(k) or other deduction amounts: you can see this info on your pay stubs. 
  • Available time off: Check your vacation, sick, and other available time-off balances.

  • 401(k) or other deduction amounts: you can see this info on your pay stubs.
