Payroll adjustments and corrections for Assisted and Full Service plans will be done by our Payroll Support Team. This is because tax forms are automatically filed by Intuit and we have to record and account all adjustments made to your payroll record.
Please give them a call so they can verify your account and help you create the corrections. Here's how to reach out to them:
- Go the Help menu and select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Click Contact Us.
- Let them know that you need make to make adjustments in your payroll records.
- Click Continue, then select if you want to schedule a callback.
