Welcome to QuickBooks Community, @jmeqservices-gma.
I'd like to provide some information about the deposited funds into the QuickBooks Checking account.
Just to confirm, are you referring to the missing QuickBooks Checking transactions from the bank feed? If so, possibly, the transactions/money was already categorized by the system. We can review your QuickBooks Checking transfers to review the full details of the funds. Here's how:
- Go to the Cash Flow menu.
- In the Recent activity section, select View all.
- Select All, Money in, or Money out to filter the list.
Also, after putting your money into your QuickBooks Checking account, you only need to use the QuickBooks debit card to get your cash. Or, you can pay bills using your QuickBooks Checking account. Just select Pay a bill and then follow the prompts on the screen to schedule and pay by paper check or ACH.
Though, if you have concerns about the status of your deposited funds, you can reach our Customer Support for QuickBooks Payments by going to the Help icon at the top right of the account.
For more tips and information about the QuickBooks Checking account, please consider viewing the details in the articles below.
- Use your QuickBooks Checking account
- Use your QuickBooks Checking debit card to withdraw money and make purchases.
Please visit again if you have follow-up concerns. I'll be around to help as soon as possible. Take care and stay healthy, jmeqservices-gma.
