Hello there, @labix. Allow me to join the thread and share information about tracking time.
I've read your original post, and it seems that the employee is trying to enter time on the Project menu. If this is the case, let them enter a weekly timesheet by going to the + New button.
Let me show you the detailed steps:
- In the left menu on your QBO account, click the + New button.
- Under the Employees column, select Weekly timesheet.
- Enter the necessary information to complete the fields.
- Select Save and close.
