Thanks for your reply. I'll step through it one by one:

 

1) Contacting Support Team - As I've said a couple of times, I've already done this twice for over two hours each time and both times the agent ended by saying that they could see the tax forms and that they would like to give them to me, but that they didn't have a way to do so. I'm not looking to spend another two hours on the phone to be told the same thing a third time. That's why I came here.

 

2) Filed return is not available in the Payroll Tax Center - this article starts out with the assumption that you have access to the Payroll Tax Center which I've already said I don't have.

 

3) Access payroll tax forms and tax payments. - this article discusses the normal process for filing and viewing these forms but gives no assistance in accessing a form that was previously filed under Assisted.

 

4) e-file 940, 941, 944 tax forms in QuickBooks Desktop. - this article just explains how to e-file a form and does not even mention accessing previously filed forms.

 

Do you have any other suggestions? Maybe there's a level 2 support that I could get in touch with somehow?
