Thanks for joining us here.  If you haven't done so already, I suggest clearing cache on your browser.  If you get the same result, open your QuickBooks Online account using a private browser by using these keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If the issue persists, please don't hesitate to contact us outside of Community.  A member of our Customer Care team will be able to look into this in more depth, and escalate it for further investigation if needed.
