How to contact Support by Email

When you're facing an issue, it's natural to want to reach out to QuickBooks for help. While we don't have an email address for you to contact, we do have other ways for you to get help. 

 

In this Global Community, our Product Experts answer questions for customers using QuickBooks Online Global version in Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, and South America

If you’re using QuickBooks Online products in USA, Canada (English & Français Canadien), Australia, or the UK, each has a dedicated region-specific Contact Us page and Community to help with your questions. You can also check or change your region by clicking the flag in the top right corner of this page.

 

To get the right help, avoid missing emails, and protect your information, the best way is to work with a QuickBooks Online product expert from within your account.

 

Global product customers can easily access support directly from within QuickBooks Online. Simply use the Help function to get the help you need. Or, search for self-help articles and find our web-based Contact Us information at the bottom of our QuickBooks Support page.

 

For more complex issues, our QuickBooks Experts may need to launch an investigation. They'll reach out to you directly via email, using the address associated with your QuickBooks Online account. They may ask for additional examples or information, provide updates on their progress, and let you know when they've found a solution.
