I am trying to open a supplier but it won't open, nor will any of them. Is anybody else experiencing this today?

Welcome to Community!  It's important that you're able to access your suppliers, so you can accomplish your QuickBooks goals in a timely fashion.  I'd be glad to help!

 

I suggest clearing cache on your browser, if you haven't done so already.  If you get the same result, please try another browser such as Safari, Edge, Firefox, Google Chrome, or a private/incognito window.  Should you experience the same outcome, I recommend contacting us outside of Community, so we can review the unexpected behavior in more depth from our end.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.

Social Media: Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

Support hours are from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.

I am trying to add suppliers via the app but there is no save button. Doesn't matter how much or how little information I enter I can't save them

Hi Sew Fairy,

 

Thanks for joining us here.  When adding new suppliers in QuickBooks Online, I recommend logging into your account from a web browser.  If you're still not able to save the information, I suggest making sure your subscription is active.  To do this, go to your Settings ⚙ and select Account and Settings, then open the Billing and Subscription tab.  If an account falls inactive, you have 'read only' access for one year.  Follow the prompts to reactivate/resubscribe, if necessary.  I hope this helps!
