You can print multiple paystubs for an employee by setting your filters and date range appropriately, then ticking each checkbox for the ones you'd like to print copies of.
Here's how:
- In your left navigation bar, go to Payroll, then Employees.
- Click Paycheck list.
- Use the Filter ▼ drop-down and specify a preferred employee and date range.
- Hit Apply.
- Find each paystub you want to print and tick each of their checkboxes.
- Select Print.
