Hello lindsey, welcome to QuickBooks Community.
There's no log-in problem in the system. No worries, we can perform other possible solutions to log in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account successfully.
First, I'd like to know what browsers you've tried. QuickBooks is currently supporting some. If you haven't tried the other compatible browsers in QuickBooks, I'd recommend using the following browsers. They are supported on both web and mobile devices:
- Google Chrome: version 78 or newer
- Mozilla Firefox: version 76 or newer.
- Microsoft Edge: version 75 or newer
- Safari: version 12 or newer (Mac only)
- Opera: version 68 or newer
- Samsung: version 10 or newer
Or, use an incognito window.
- For Chrome, press and hold Ctrl + Shift + N
- For Firefox, press and hold Ctrl + Shift + P
- For Safari, press and hold Command + Shift + N
If logged in successfully to your account, clear the cache of the browser that you're currently using. You can reference the Clearing cache and cookies to fix issues article for detailed guidance.
If it persists, we can reset your password or recover your user ID in QBSE. If you think you need to change or renew your password, visit this link: Reset your password or recover your user ID in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
