If you have access to your primary admin account, you can transfer it to another user while signed in.

 

In the event you've sent in a request to have its role transferred to yourself, your case will be reviewed as soon as possible. You'll receive an email updating you with the status of your request once Intuit completes the review. The communication will come from no_response@intuit.com.

 

If your request is approved, Intuit will inform you of the change and you'll be able to sign in using the email address you'd provided with your request.

 

In the event Intuit's unable to approve your request, the email will detail why and what steps you can take. If, for example, a document is missing, illegible, or doesn't meet our criteria for approval, you'll be directly informed of what's needed for Intuit to re-review your request. In the event this occurs, you'll need to fill out our request form again, upload all of the required documents, and then submit it to Intuit for review.
