I'm glad to see you keeping in touch with us here in the Community space. I'm here to provide some clarifications about the QuickBooks Online subscription plans.

 

All the QuickBooks Online (Simple Start, Essentials, Plus, and Advanced) versions in the US are available only in Monthly plans. The prices you see on your links are discount offers applied to the monthly rate for the first 12 or 3 months of service.

 

Please note these apply to new users who haven't registered an account for QuickBooks. You can visit your links and scroll down to the Important offers, pricing details, & disclaimers section for more info about the promotions (see screenshot below).

 

 

If you need to speak to sales, the contact details are visible in the upper-right of the website. This way, you'll be able to know more about your options in using QuickBooks Online.

 

Also, there are many ways how to manage your QuickBooks Online subscription. I've attached a link you can check out to update the card on file, change your subscription, or view your billing history in QuickBooks: Manage billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online.
