They'll be able to verify your account info in a secure setting in order to update that payment method for you. If you're using QuickBooks Online, you can update your payment information by going to the Gear Icon, then Account and Settings. Then, ensure that there are no special characters, such as hyphens, commas, or periods, in the billing address details. You must confirm that the billing address listed in QuickBooks matches the address that appears on your credit card statement.
