Hi there, @Caio_ls. I understand how crucial it is to keep your inventory details. I'm here to add information about the QuickBooks Commerce discontinuation and how you can add your inventory to QuickBooks Online.
QuickBooks Commerce will remain accessible until the end of your payment period. This is why your getting a message that your cancellation schedule will be on July 29. With that said, I recommend you export all your QuickBooks Commerce data in bulk using the Data Exporter tool. Feel free to follow these steps to access the tool.
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Commerce account.
- Go to the Gear icon and select Data Exporter.
- Select Export Account Data.
- You'll then get a pop-up message that says the export has started in the background. Refresh the page to see the status of the export.
- Once the status is updated to Complete, select the export row (s) to see a list of the download links.
- Links to download the exported data expire seven days after generating the export. You can still generate a new export to get new links.
