I agree with FIAT's statement that you cannot restore your copy file from a newer version to a later version of QuickBooks Desktop. You can, however, upgrade your file from an older to a recent version of QuickBooks, but utilizing the upgraded file in the older version is not feasible. Know that this rule has an exception if you are using QuickBooks Desktop Accountant and actively engaged with an Accountant's Copy. If you want to use the Accountant's Copy and let your bookkeeper access the file, you should use the QuickBooks Desktop 2019. However, we no longer have the trial version of it. You can utilize sources outside QuickBooks.
