If you can't find transactions you've already downloaded, or don't see new ones, I'd recommend checking around different areas of your accounts to locate them. Initially, you'll want to try getting the latest transactions.
Here's how:
- In your left navigation bar, go to Transactions, then Bank transactions.
- Select Update. When it finishes, check the Banking menu again for your missing records. They'll likely be on the For review screen.
If your download seems stuck, refer to the steps in our What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions article.
In the event you still don't see your missing transactions, you can try checking around the Banking menu to see if it's stuck somewhere:
- Go to Transactions, then Bank transactions.
- Click an account's tile for your account you downloaded the transactions into.
- Check your For review, Categorized, and Excluded tabs to see if they're visible on any of those screens.
If you're looking for an older transaction, review the account's history:
- Use your Gear icon, then go to Chart of accounts.
- Find the account and click its View register option.
- Search for your transactions. You can click on records to see more of their details.
In the event they're still missing, you'll want to check your uncategorized accounts next.
