If you have submitted your 1099 E-File forms, you can expect to receive a confirmation email roughly a week after the IRS accepts and verifies your submissions.
To verify whether your contractor receives a copy of the forms via email or mail, I recommend reaching out to them directly. Then, to help you amend your 1099 forms, I suggest reaching out to our Customer Care Team. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secured environment and further check why the void button isn't showing anywhere.
To reach them, click the ? Help button at the top-right corner of your QBO account and select Contact Us to talk with a live agent. Ensure to review their support hours to know when agents are available.
