I appreciate the prompt response, marfasmutts.

Since you've said that there's been a problem with the app recently, it could be one of the reasons why you can't see your bank charge account. Let's fix the app and refresh the data on your mobile device.

Here's how:

For iOS:

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Select Reset App Data.
  3. Click OK.

For Android:

  1. In your QBO mobile app, select the Gear icon.
  2. Choose the Refresh Data menu.
  3. Click Yes.

You can also do it in your device settings. Here's how:

For Andriod:

  1. Go to your device's Settings, and select Apps (varies by device).
  2. Choose the QuickBooks app from the list, and then pick Storage.
  3. Hit clear data.

For IOS:

  1. Go to your device's Settings, and select Setting General iPhone Storage.
  2. Choose an app that's taking up a lot of space.
  3. To free up the storage without deleting the documents and data for the app, select the Offload App.

If the issue persists, you can uninstall and reinstall the app and see if you're still experiencing the same thing.

Also, you'll want to consider opening your QuickBooks Online account in a webpage browser on your device. You can access your account and continually perform your QuickBooks tasks from there.

However, if the issue persists, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Support team. They can further investigate this matter so you can categorize the credit payment and match them with the invoice: To reach them, click this link: QuickBooks Online Support.

Additionally, I'll be sharing these resources that will guide you in matching bank transactions that are already in QuickBooks:
