To fix this, you'll need to ensure you're using the Modern design to preview your PDF successfully. To do so, here's how:

 

  1. Open your QBO account.
  2. Go to + New and choose Invoice.
  3. Select Manage, then Design dropdown.
  4. Tick the Modern radio button from the Modernized template section.

 

Once done, you’ll be able to see the PDF view option at the top of your invoice page.
