The Community is here to help you access the training courses marked with CPE credits in the Certification History tab in your Proadvisor account, Iamlanie.
We appreciate you verifying you received CPE credit certificates in your registered email. To better isolate the issue, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to see if the issue is within your browser when accessing the History tab. We can open a private or incognito window in the browser to open your account with a clean slate and load fresh data. Here's how:
- Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: press Command + Shift +
Once done, access your Certification History again. To learn more about earning Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits through QuickBooks Online Accountant training, check out this article: Get CPE credits for ProAdvisor training courses.
If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history. The overtime data collection can create corruption, and we can remove this will fix the issue. You can also use supported, up-to-date browsers to rule out the possibility of a browser-related issue.
