Any time you sign in to an existing Intuit account on an unrecognized computer or device, we'll ask you to verify your identity first. That’s why you’ll see a window to enter a phone number or email address to confirm your identity.
However, you have to turn off the verification feature. Here's how:
- In your QBO account, click on the Gear icon to select Intuit account under Profile.
- This will display different options on how to manage your account.
- From there, hit the Manage sign in & security link to open the Sign in & security page.
- From there, go to the Two-step verification section and click the arrow to configure the setup.
Follow any on-screen instructions to complete your request.
If you still want to cancel your subscription, let share the steps on how to accomplish the task. Here's how:
- Tap the Gear icon and choose Account and Settings under Your Company.
- Go to the Billing & Subscription tab to see the QuickBooks section.
- Click on the Cancel link beside Subscribed.
- Hit the Continue to cancel button and then select Continue to cancel again.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
