@MadelynC I am done trying to explain to numerous serial QB employees how they have failed to understand my problem and haven't answered my question. I'm done rephrasing and repeating the problem just to have it ignored.
Once again, my request for technical support has not only not been met with any workable solutions being provided by QuickBooks, but also shows that there is a serious problem in its ability to stand-up effective Customer Support.
I am a fairly new customer and already seriously disaffected.
