Let's ensure to upgrade your QBDT software to the latest version available. QBDT 2018 is no longer a supported version of QuickBooks. This way, you'll have the latest security and fixes.

If the issue persists, I suggest contacting our representative. They have the right tools to check your account in a safe environment. 

 

Here's how: 

  1. Open QuickBooks file.
  2. Go to the Help menu, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Enter a brief description of your issue, then click Let's talk and then choose a way to connect with us.
