I do appreciate your time in updating QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release. You can reset the update and download again to refresh and then try creating an accountant's copy.
Here's how:
- Select Help and click Update QuickBooks Desktop.
- Go to the Options tab and click Mark All. Then, Save.
- From the Update Now tab, click Reset Update.
- Then, click Get Updates.

When you get the same thing after several updates, you can run a quick fix repair using the QuickBooks Tool Hub.
