Allow me to share some insights on how you can get access to your pay stubs in QuickBooks Workforce.
In order to see your payroll information, your employer must invite you to their Workforce account. Every company file has it's own ID for Workforce, which is why if you're not invited to one, you won't be able to access your history.
Also, your employer must be using QuickBooks and has Admin access to enable this option. Then, have them follow these steps to help you create an account and view your paycheck stubs.
- In QuickBooks, go to Employees, then Manage Payroll Cloud Services.
- Wjen routed to the Payroll Cloud Services window, toggle the status to ON below QuickBooks Workforce.
- When prompted, create or confirm a PIN used to send payroll data.
- Press Save Changes.
- Click on the Return To QuickBooks link.
