Thanks for joining the thread, @NatalieJ. I can help you correct a payment.

You can edit or delete a payment that was made in error. Let me guide you how:

1. Go to the Sales menu on the left navigation bar.
2. Select Invoices, form there click on the invoice with the incorrect payment.
3. Click More actions to delete and select Edit invoice to edit.
