Hi there, @Nellingson.
The callback option must be available once you select Search from the Help menu. If not, you can try performing some basic troubleshooting steps by opening QuickBooks Online (QBO) through a private window as the browser's cache may affect this behavior.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
From there, follow these steps:
- Go to the Help menu, then go to the Search tab.
- Tap on Contact Us.
- Enter a short description of your concern or type in "contact support or request a callback", then click Continue.
- From the Callback section, tap on the Have us call you button.
- Follow the on-screen pop-ups to complete the process.
If you get the callback option, go back to your original browser and clear its cache to start fresh. You can also use another supported and up-to-date browser to narrow down the result.
Otherwise, you can directly connect with a representative through the contact number provided from this link: QuickBooks Online Support under the Can't get signed in? section.
For more tips, while working with QBO in the future, you may review the topics from this link: Find QuickBooks help articles, Community discussions with other QuickBooks users, video tutorials, a.... From there, you can select the topics you need such as banking, account management, and others.
Let me know if you have any other questions while requesting a callback from the QBO Help menu. I'm just a post away to help. Keep safe!
