Our QuickBooks team strives to provide excellent customer service and deliver customer satisfaction at all times. I want you to know that we value your feedback, and it would be a big help to improve the service and your QuickBooks experience.

 

Having said that, let me make it up to you in the Community space. The recent screenshot that was shared above is for QuickBooks Online. This is the reason why you're unable to change the payment method. 

 

For now, we can only select Check, Credit Card, or Schedule Online Payment when paying a bill. 

 

You can send your personal suggestions to our product developers. This way, they can review your request and most likely include it in our future updates. Follow these steps to forward your feedback:

 

  1. Go to Help and select Send Feedback Online.
  2. Click Product Suggestion, then enter your feedback.
  3. Select Send Feedback.
